Loose-Leaf Binder.

Description: Patent for a loose-leaf binder for records that does not require removing previously inserted pages to add new ones and secures them in place with a screw lock on the paper holding rings. When the book is full, the whole binder may be locked in place as a form of permanent binding and may only be opened with a key.
