Description: Letter to J. T. Robison requesting advice on what papers are on file with regard to multiple tracts of land surveyed for the Public Free School fund. The writer lists all the tracts of land, most of which are purchased by K. C. Tucker and later transferred to Perry or Mac Sayles. The writer also asks for advice as to whether or not these lands are in good standing in the records of Robison's office and whose name they are registered in.
