Description:
Patent for a trouser pattern, "to so construct a pair of trousers that the waist portion thereof may be readily manipulated in order that the trousers may be easily converted from a stock size into a pair of trousers having a high waist band, a low waist band or a waist band at a line between high and low" (lines 12-19).
