Description: Photograph of workers pouring a concrete road in the desert. The workers are all standing on and around a piece of heavy equipment that is pouring and smoothing the concrete. The area surrounding the road has very sparse grass and some short trees. There are power lines and fences made of barbed wire and wooden posts that are flanking the road.
