This report began discusses action began "in May of 2010 when Freese and Nichols (FNI) was retained by the City of Terrell, Texas in cooperation with Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) to assess, alternative uses of New Terrell City Lake (CITY Lake) and perform a dam condition assessment. The City of Terrell no longer uses the water supply from New Terrell City Lake and would like to find alternative uses for this supply." (p. ES-1).
