Photocopy of a letter from Bill McCarter and Nancy Cason, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Janice Wiggins, Dallas ISD. Iin regards of Dallas' participation in the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts.
