Sleeveless, wide boat neckline with off-the-shoulder sleeves of two layers of cascading ruffled net reinforced at edges with one inch of synthetic horsehair crinoline. Natural waistline accented with ribbon belt of red synthetic trimmed in picots with large bow at front secured with two hook-and-eye closures and a snap, secured at waist with chain-stitched loops.
