Mix and match ensemble of heavy black wool with a red horizontal double stripe motif pattern. a) Coat in princess line style. Knee length; flared. High rounded neckline with wide spread collar. Full length set-in sleeves flare at hem; accented between the elbow and wrist with a lapped flap detail. The detail consists of a matching band of black and red wool that passes through two bound slits. The band laps at the outside of the sleeve and is secured with two covered snaps. a) Coat in princess line style. Knee length; flared. High rounded neckline with wide spread collar. Full length set-in sleeves flare at hem; accented between the elbow and wrist with a lapped flap detail. The detail consists of a matching band of black and red wool that passes through two bound slits. The band laps at the outside of the sleeve and is secured with two covered snaps. The bands are accented with two bound buttonholes and two large black buttons centered with gold-tone metal studs. Lapped center front opening with six bound buttonholes and six matching buttons; two covered snaps at the neckline. Hip-level. princess-line seam pockets lined in black silk. Fully lined in black silk.

b) Bodysuit style top of black wool jersey with snapping crotch closure. High rounded neckline. Shoulder-level yoke panels framed with red wool jersey inserts. Full-length set-in sleeves with zippers at the wrists. Center back zipper closure with a single hook&eye at the neckline. Double snap closure at the crotch panel. Unlined.

c) Pants in matching heavy black wool with a horizontal red double stripe. The slacks pleat into a wide waistband. Center back zipper closure with a lapped waistband. The waistband is secured with a bound buttonhole, large round black button edged in gold-tone metal and a covered snap. Side seam pockets lined in black silk. Full cut legs with front and back creases. Unlined with turned hems. No label.

d.) Skirt. Knee-length straight skirt in matching black wool with a horizontal red double stripe. The narrow skirt seams into a wide waistband. Center back zipper closure with lapped waistband. The waistband is secured with two bound buttonholes, two round black buttons edged with gold-tone metal and one covered snap. Front seam hip-level pockets lined in black silk. The waistband is lined with black satin. The skirt is fully lined in black silk. Bound hem that has been released.
