At the edge of the lawn, near the road, is a tree towards the left side of the photo as well as a fire hydrant and a streetlight towards the right side. Closer to the courthouse are sprinklers throwing water into the air, while green bushes and trees sit along the base of the building. A flagpole also sits in the middle of the lawn, flying the American flag. The courthouse faces the right side of the photo and is made up by multiple cubic sections which includes two shorter, medium-sized sections sitting on either side of a central section and two very short sections that are located on top of the medium sections. In the middle of the central section are doors with a short set of stairs leading up to them from the ground. Two rows of windows span the width of both the front side of the courthouse and the left side, which faces the left edge of the photo. Another row of windows appears along the sides of the short sections of the building. All sections of the courthouse have flat roofs.
