B) Slacks. Two inch wide waistband, with three belt loops. Two back welt pockets closed with navy plastic buttons. Two front pockets. Center front zipper with two tab closures, one at front, one behind waistband, closed with navy plastic buttons. Extra button at inside waistband by zipper. Pleats around waistband at front and back of garment.
