Report compiled by Bee Haydu describing the infractions and questionable actions of former Order of Fifinella president, Lilian Roberts, with a note on the cover from "DD" stating its confidentiality and describing another situation that is not mentioned in the report. At the end is a letter from Haydu to other board members with a list of questions concerning recent events within the organization.
