Report that reevaluates the original Service Plan published in 1983 due to the 1988 defeat of the DART bond referendum. DART embarked on a "New Direction" program, which focused on community feedback and immediate actions responding to a realistic view of the future development of the Metroplex. It covers the background, the transit system plan, benefits of the plan, implementation of the plan, and the vision of the future.
Report updating the original and 1989 Transit plans for DART mobility projects. It provides a summary of services including bus, HOV, rail, and general mobility. It also breaks down the corridor recommendations, including the North Central Corridor, South Oak Cliff Corridor, and others. This plan supersedes the Transit Plan adopted in 1989.
