Text on front: "Esta VISA es válida por un año para internarse a la República Mexicana y para cualquier número de viajes." [This VISA is valid for one year to enter the Republic of Mexico and for any number of trips.]

Text on back: "I, _R. E. Denison_ swear that I was born on the _26_ day of _August_ A. D. _1869_ at _Belton_ State of _Texas_ United States of America. I desire to visit _the interior of_ Mexico, accompanied by _no one_."
