We are all greatly indebted to you for your handling of this property, and I am very happy & grateful to have received so substantial an amount. I was extremely sorry to hear from Charles that you have been ill and in hospital. Stanley joins me in hoping you are much improved and well on the road to good health. Please give my love to Hennie & accept my warmest thanks for all your very successful work for all of us. With kindest regards, Linda"
