Everyone wears dark formal clothing, and men hold their hats. The photograph is mounted on a board which is mounted on another board. Strip of paper on board has printed text that reads : "Fort Worth University undated, probably 1890s." Inscription on back of board reads: "Frances and Sheila Allen / 2256 Fifth Avenue / Fort Worth, Texas 76110 / Tel. 924-4461 / June 1973."
