On the front cover, there is a black rectangle with the call number written in white.
On the inside front cover, there is a plate with the library name and call number of the volume.
On the title page, there is a handwritten note in blue ink above the school name that says, "D20327"; the same is written at the top of the dedication page.
On the title page, there is also a raised stamp that says, "T.C. Demonstration School Library, Denton, Texas"; the raised stamp also appears on a page near the end of the book.
