Articles in this issue looks at possible uncertainty in the healthy Texas market, peace of mind for Texans in the housing bubble, groundwater conservation districts, migration to Texas, home appreciation, tax-free exchanges for principal residences, decline in Texas issued licencees, and adverse possession in Texas statutes.
Serving as both a federal and a state depository library, the UNT Libraries Government Documents Department maintains millions of items in a variety of formats. The department is a member of the FDLP Content Partnerships Program and an Affiliated Archive of the National Archives.
