Stamp album used for buying and storing war savings bonds; the note on the inside cover says this book will be worth $18.75 when it is completely full of stamps. The cover of the album is patriotically decorated with an eagles at the bottom and a red, white, and blue color scheme; the back cover has an illustration of a patriot holding a musket in his hand and an American flag in the background. Each page on the inside has empty squares to where one places a bought stamp.
