But he offered no new proposals for restoration of democratic procedures by the Athens Government. Greece has threatened to re-evaluate her contributions to European defense if she is suspended. (Saigon) -- Allied forces report killing nearly 200 of the enemy in the latest round of Vietnam fighting. But sharp fighting also was reported in the Mekong Delta and near Da Nang. In Saigon, South Vietnamese President Thieu (Too) said a coalition government could not prevent a communist takeover. (Washington) -- It is expected to be another four months before an Army probe of the alleged My Lai (Mee Ly') Massacre is completed.
