Owners of the Flatiron building at 9th and Houston have rejected
an $80,000 bid for the structure. The building was auctioned off Tuesday
night, but the Blue round corporation - which owns the building turned
down the high bid.

Judge Goron Gray today declared a mis-trial in the rape trial
of Donald Ray Campbell in Fort Worth. The jury reported late yesterday
it was hopelessly deadlocked - but Judge Gray ordered them to try again.
The jury reportedly was deadlocked 10-2 in favor of conviction.
Campbell had been charged with the rape in January of a
