During his session he speaks about his experiences running for council-member of District 14 in Dallas, Texas, participating in the Dallas Pride Parade, and marches on Washington. He focuses on two major moments in the council's history including the 'England vs. The City of Dallas, Mack Vines, and the State of Texas' lawsuit and the update to discrimination law that laid groundwork for future activism.
