Two men have surrendered and a third is expected to
turn himself in next Monday, on charges that they
conspired to pass defective parts for the F-111
aircraft. it The three Fort Worth area men were
named in eleven sealed indictments returned last week
by a federal grand jury in Arkansas.The first man to surrender and post bond was Neuman
L. Jns chiefof outside production for General
Dynamic .jF ---} - 1A. He still is employed at the
plant. The indictmentte three men
