in mud and rainstorms..American planes struck North
Vietnamese missile sites above the D-M-Z today..the
third successive strike.Aircraft made the deepest
penetration yet into Northern territory..to hit
radar installations just I60 miles South of Hanoi.
U-S Commander in Vietnam..General Creighton Abrahmsmade a visit to the Vietnam-Laotian border to confer
with Commanders of the Laos drive.
In Saigon..Air Force Colonel Gerald Kurli of Willmar,
Minnesota..was setenced to three years in prison and fined
15-thousand dollars by a Court-Martial..after Kurli wasfound guilty of 7 marijuana offenses.
The Oolonel was
convicted of procuring marijuana for enlisted men.
