COPTR CRASH
A ground search is being conducted northeast of
Fort Hood f or a helic pter believed down with three
men aboard.
Captain Ludwig Dulka of the public information
office at Fort Hood said they last had radio contact
with observation helicopter from the First Armored
visionn at eleven o'clock last night. A the time,
the craft 1'as in the vicinity of Manning Mountain
in the northeast quadrant of the military reservation.
A search was begun shortly after midnight.
Continued search today has been hampered by fogand rizzle.
