A committee of two Fort Worth city council members
was given a 35-page special report to study and
evalaute this morning.
The report was drawn up by the Human Relations
Commission and the Junior Bar Association, dealing
with problems in the city jail and with the bail bond
system.
The council deferred actionfxzmmpaxma on the
report, referring it instead to the Corporation Court
Committee, composed of councilmen Pat Reece andTaylor Gandy.

Gandy said the committee would mainly be concerned
with the portion of the report that studied the bail
bond system. He maid the matter is not a new issues
and he could not say at this time whether he and Reese
would concurs with the report, or would make their
own recommendations. Gandy indicated it would take
about a month for his committe to finish its report.M0 C
