Notes
The author of this item is Carolyn R. Itri [1922-1997]. Daughter of Stephen Itri and Elsie White, Carolyn was born in the beach town of Long Branch Monmouth, New Jersey. Carolyn and Nicholas met in 1942 and at the time of these letters, Carolyn was 22 and Nicholas was 26.
