Dallas banker, Cam F. Dowell junior, is chairman
of the board of the new corporation. He presides
over a meeting of company directors at which a
deal is closed with a Houston investment firm to
underwrite A Capital Southwest Corporation's stock
offering of one million, 3-hundred thousand shares
to the public. It is being offered at eleven dollars
a share.
MED. CU MAN LIGHT SUIT
Dallas oilman Harlan is president of the
new firm and Clifford J. Osborn, also of Dallas,has been named executive vice-president.
