The footage begins with a close up of Big Tex and includes footage of Laura buying a Fletcher's Corny Dog, a performance by Rockin' Rick, sales demonstrations of knives and vacuums in an exhibit hall, the World on a String puppet show, Hendrick's Racing Pigs, and Big Tex speaking.
