Late this evening, a 15-year-old Fort Worth youth
admits to officers that he fired the shot that
struck a railroad brakemen in the Weye March 11th
near the 29th street overpass on PA the city'snorthside.
The youth is Roger Fitzgerald of
33-12 North Grove.

agent L. R. Troxell of the Rock Island railroad
say their investigation led to young Fitzgerald
