DEL CONDE 1-1-1

The legal representative in the United States of
Cuban Premier Fidel Castro, Chicago attorney Constantine
Kangles, checks through customs at Love Field in Dallas
before boarding a plane for Mexico with convicted
gun-runner Antonio DelCoazde. On hand for the departure
is U. S. Immigration officer J. Frank Smith who says
he has orders to see that no one contacts Del Conde
until be leaves the airport and is on his way to
Mexico. Kangles has reportedly told a newsmen in
Havana that he will bring Del Conde to Cuba after
they arrive in Mexico City.
MED. TWO STATED ON PLANE
Del Conde was paroled this morning from the federal
prison at Texarkana after serving six months of an

18-month sentence for conspiracy in a gun-running
operation which was supplying arms to Castro's rebel
forces in Cuba. His parole stipulated that he be
deported to Mexico. The 28-year-old Del Conde IM
