/
~K~2~" y?There's nothing like the appearance of a couple
of lookers in bathing suits to put a stop to
whatever is going on. In Fort Worth today, a
couple of sign bearers, 18-year-old Pat Myrow and
17-year-old Barbara Barber, show uo at the weekly
city council meeting and virtually put the skids
to the administration of city affairs. For the
time being, the council quits whatever it was doing-and sits back to enjoy the scenery.
The young
turn the tables on councilmen who are accustomed to
going about and making someone honorary something
or other$. Barbara and Pat pass out certificates
making councilmen honorary members of the Texas
Sports Car Association. All this 0 to plug the
sports car-
races at the Green Valley raceway in
Smithfield June 10th and llth. The two girls are
candidates for the sports car club's beauty queen.
