The Fort Worth city council hears comments from
two of its members on the Dallas-Fort Worth
Turnpike fare increase set for September first.
Councilman Keeton passes out a letter in which
he says heta shocked at the action which the
Turnpike authority took yesterday and says it
was thinking more of its Eastern investors than
its customers. Keeton says the turnpike policy
makers might drum up more business if they
reduced the toll.
