Baytown resident for 36 years,
died at his home Monday morn-
ing.
Bom Jan. 25. 1897. in Willis,
McCaleb. came to Baytown in
1922.
He is survived by two sons,
Jesse Edward McCaleb and Earl
Winford McCaleb, both of Bay-
town; one daughter, Mrs. Flor-
ence Hightower of Baytown; two
brothers, Frank McCaleb of
Fishing, hunting and boating
kept him away from his fly-
ing pursuits, though, and the
challenge of operating his own
drug store in 1945 kept him too
