election to be held on tha second Tuesdx
Prior to this eleetion any qualified resident
District can plaee hla name on the ballot for the place of
Water Supervisor or Taa Assessor-Collector. The five can-
didates receiving the rlghest number of votes will be duly
elected as Supervisors for a term of two years.
4. The land for the lahe and tha naaeaaary surround-
ing land will he purchased at a fair market price. This
price being established by negotiation between the land
owners and the Board of Supervisors.
8. All water used from this reservoir for any purpose,
industrial or municipal, will be sold by the District at tha
prevailing water pftoo.
