Chapel. Interment was In Gold-

Arthur Dale Griffin, 62, of Gold-
thwaite Thursday, December 11,
1969, at 2 p. m. in the First Bap-
tist Church of Goldthwaite. In-
terment was in Rock Springs
Cemetery. Services were con-
ducted by Rev Roger Crocker of
Llano. Wilkins Funeral Home
was In charge of arrangements.
Mr. Griffin passed away Tues-
day, December 9, 1969, at 11:45
p. m. in the Childress Clinic &
Hospital. He was born August
28, 1907 In
to William
Margaret
Griffin.
On January 24, 1932, he was
married to Loraine Johnson in
Mills County. He was a member
of the First Baptist Church of
Goldthwaite.
Pallbearers were Floyd Weav-
er, Charles Conradt, Floyd Man-
uel, Ray Duren, Olen Kemp,
and Bob Steen.
Survivors Include his wife,
Loraine Griffin of Goldthwaite;

Mr. Spinks was born June 16,
1908 in Mills County, Texas, to
Joe M. Spinks and Maudle Da-
vis Spinks.
In September 1932 he was
married to Elbertlne Cox at
Lenders. Texas. He was a mem-
ber of the Church of Christ.
Pallbearers were Alvin Spinks,
E. L. Calder, Fred Pafford, Fred

Monday, December 8, 1969, at
1:00 p. m„ in Hobbs, New Mex-
ico. He was born October 14,
1888 in Fannin County, Texas.
He married Alford Hart.
Pallbearers were J. W. Duke,
Ted Johnson, Robert Johnson,
Tas Renfro, Don Aldredge, and
Elbert Hoffman.
Survivors include two sons,
Ted of Hobbs, N. M , and Paul
of Goldthwaite; two daughters,
Mrs. Carman E. (Agnes) Wilson
of Lancaster and Mrs. S. F.
(Thelma) Hopper of Ozark, Ar-
kansas; fourteen grandchildren
and one great-grandchild.
