term of the present year will con-
vene in Ballinger at one-thirty
o’clock Monday, October 9th. The
jury commission has drawn a jury
for the first, second and third
week, and the grand jury has
been called to convene with the
convening of court at one-thirty
on the first day of court.
The civil docket for the coming
term is a light one, with the ex-
•exception of the several hundred
^delinquent tax suits which have
been filed, and which are not con-
sidered in the trial docket. The mules in those two regiments. The
