Tlie Cooper-Hen'derson Oil Company of Texas has
been transformed into a ten million dollar company ac-
cording to an announcement late this afternoon by C. E.
Cooper president of the company. The Cooper-Henderson
company has absorbed the C-H-R-C (Cooper-Henderson
Reid Campbell) and the New River Oil Company
Mr. Cooper said.
The C-H-R-C was purchased for $1600000 while the
New River was bought for $1000000. The expanded
Cooper-Henderson company will continue to operate ex-
clusively in Stephen county Mr. Cooper said.
The merger of the three companies makes the Cooper-
Henderson the largest independent company in the
Breckenridge field. The company now has 41 drilling
wells 32 producers and the daily production of the com
pany is 1-1000 barrels.
