There were hounds of every color
and mark many of them represent-
ing many nn oxciting chaso and
some of them valued as highly ax

wolves being somewhere in the vic-
inity for a great pnek of them liotv
led out thejr tunuilzlng shrieks
and barks during the early part
of the night In the bills Just to
the west of tho Leeray station and
dozens of the dogs lahed In their
kennels replied with long bark.
This fired the ambition of the
sportsmen for the hour to arrive
when the chaso should begin. Al-
though scheduled to itart nt broak
of day it wnn an hour later be-
fore the necessary llne-np and"sst-
tlng" arrangements could bo acoont-
pllsted. All ilny long today scores of
cars plied betttoen l.eray antl Ilr-
ckenridge Cisco and Kasllund as
hundreds attonded the affair. Marty
laHt night and today brought fry
ing pans and eats nnd cooked on
tho camp flro there being many
gas torches and free gas provided
on the grounds as well as plenty
ot wrecked timbers and other wood
kinds of short orders were pro-
vided at what was termed by many
surprised customers when they
started to pay very low pries thlH
feature itself helping to maintain
good feeling. with everybody. And
from all directions came the odor
of campfire coffee bacon and onions
