Document certifying that John Stanford received from the Criminal District Attorney of Bexar County, Texas, all the property taken from his residence under a search warrant on December 27, 1963. There is a handwritten note at the bottom reading "Received 15 cartons - 1 metal file drawer (letter-size) 10 filing card drawers" signed John Stanford.
