The jury trying the case of J. V.
Fenton, charged with possession
and transportation of intoxicating
liquor, had not reported a verdict
at 1:30 this afternoon. They were
given the case yesterday after-,

represented the defendant. Assist-

Glenn Larrimore, first string
guard, is out for the season with
a broken ankle.
Larrimore did not report for
