Interview with Frances Schumacher Andrews, Billie Schumacher Zuber, and Jeanne Schumacher Sutton, three sisters who grew up in Kerrville. They discuss their family history, the Schumacher family business and land, and individual experiences working at the Kerrville Courthouse, becoming an accountant, and joining the military.
The Kerr County Historical Commission (KCHC) was established in 1975, with representatives from all areas of the county. This unit of the Texas Historical Commission works under the guidance of the Kerr County Commissioners Court, who appoints members.
