Dear Harris:
Have received your letters about the Rapala lures
and I appreciate what you have done very much.
I have kept Tom James advised concerning Dow. We
are today filing an answer to their suit and mean-
while have received no word of any kind from Mr.
Fields, the attorney who made the proposal to buy
our stock. I feel it is their move and I will call
you the minute I hear from him.
I've kept Tom James advised of some conversations
I have had with John Mecom.
Thanks again for getting the lures for me.
incerely,
Joh. B. Coffee
