Mr. I. H. Kempner

Dear Ike:County:
In reference to your property in Cameron
My nephew gave me a fairly satisfactory
report regarding it. However, as mentioned in New York,
I have had some bad losses in the Valley due to the
freezes and at this time am not disposed to purchase
any additional land.
My nephew t- ought that if the land could be
bought at $150.00 per acre, including the outs anding
bonds, it might be an attractive purchase, o/?> M
I want to thank you again for bringing the
property to my attention. With all good wishes to you and the family,
Sincerely yours,
