Council at the regular monthly
luncheon on Wednesday.
Bob Burgess of OxyChem and
the Total Quality Council explained
to members that the mission of the
TQC "is to be a catalyst to

The Alvin Independent School
District's board of trustees approved
the renewal of several administra-
tive contracts, which included a
three-year agreement with Superin-
tendent Bill Hasse.
Hasse has been with the district I
since 1957, with the exception of a I
short stint in the Santa Fe Indepen-
dent School District during the
1981-82 and 1982-83 sessions.
