captured one Bill Bolev near
Parkhurst ye-terday and in-
carcerated him in the Wise
county jail last night. Boley
is wanted in Morris county on
a charge of murder, which
crime he is alleged to have
committed seven years ago.
Boley has been a resident of
Wise county for some time
and was engaged in brick-
making near Parkhurst.
