Allen M.D. of the County of Runnels and the State of Texas to practice Medicine and Surgery in the State of Texas under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter One Hundred and Twenty Three, General Laws of Texas, 1907. This License is granted upon Verification. Given under the hands and Seal of The Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, this 7th day of May, A.D. 1908."
