The Dallas News given In Its Aus-
tin budget <>f news the Information
that the above named gentlemen
in the head of thin article have
formed a partnership to carry on a
wholesale and retail grocery busi-
ness In thin city. The reporter saw
Mr. Mullins and asked him to tell
him the plans or something about
the proposed business of the firm.
Mr. Mullins said: "Well you know
about the capital we are starting
in with as an incorporation. We
have rented the two store houses
Nos. 20(1 and 20H West Broad
street Tilson block and have the
carpenters at work putting the
building In thorough repair after
which we will proceed to open up
our partnership business."
The reporter then asked Mr. Mul-
lins who the oltlcers of the company
were ami he said: "T. S. Mullins
Is the president .1. II Mullins vice-
president and .10. Watts secre-
tary. The style »f the firm wlll .be
‘The Mullins Company' and the
linn not only expects to do a large
retail trade (nil also a good whole-
sale business. We will handle grain
of all kinds meats Hour sugar mid
all heavy groceries and our Inten-
tion Is Io sell at a close margin and
build up a trade for Texarkana."
