TWO-TIMING DETECTED
LONDON (AP) — Housewife
Sylvia Simnett reckons sus-
picious wives ought to know the
truth about two-timing hus-
bands. She has invented a
“truth detector,” a plastic pen-
dulum which swings towards
the area where the husband is.
“If he says he’s working late
and the pendulum swings to-
wards the other side of town,
you know he’s two-timing,”
claims Sylvia, 51, who plans to
market the device at $6.70.
