The Variety Store Building is al-
most completed and Mr. Blackshear
expects to move in about the first of
•June.
Thi frame buildings formerly oc-
cupied by Mr. Chas. F. Gibson, have
been torn down and work is starting
on new brick buildings and as soon as
the Variety Store can be moved to it*
new home, the old building formerly
occupied by Comer's Cash Grocery,
will be torn down and a new brick
put in its place, making in all, four
cooing new buildings.
Aspermont should feel proud of Mr.
Gibson and Mr. Blackshear as this
will make all of the block west of the-
square brick and rock buildings moro
fire proof and a greatly added at-
traction to the town.
