Cold Springs News.
We listened to a good ser-
mon today preached by our
pastor, Bro. Fuller. His ser-
mon was full of logic and
sound dortriue. He dwelt
espeoially upon the christian
life of men and women in the
home and how people wonld
be chrisiians at church, but
when away from church how
the last obstacle iu their path
would cause them to commit
sin. At* the close of the ser^
mon we had one new member
mains that there once existed
nice bunch of ducks to begin
with, and cpuld easily stucl.

out the canal through his
field and connecting it with

Some of the farmers around
here are talking of moving
as thier land is moving of!
and leaving them.
Since spring has opened
Eugene Holcomb is not usiug
near so much pine as he did
iu the winter. Hauling pine
knots became such a habit
Eugene, that he actually
plows along in the fie^id and
looks for pine knots instead of
stumps.
Mr. Conner living near the
old Chapman pond in this
settlement will probably go
into the fish and duck Indus-
try in the near future, as he
has has plenty of water near

as Fred Holcomb starting a
frog hatchery in his part of
the same pond.
